He married 1) on 29 April 1927 at Julesburg, Sedgewick County, C olorado, Edith Florence Roblee, who was born 15 October 1908. They wer e divorced 2 February 1935 in Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming. He marr ied 2) in 1935 to Elaine Carlotta Duff, who was born 25 October 1916 an d died 5 March 1968 in Eureka, Humboldt County, California. He married 3 ) on 6 July 1968 at Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, in a double ceremony w ith his daughter Eileen, to Mary Viola Stansel, who was born 1 January 1 915.

He was t he husband of Viola Kirkpatrick, Eureka, father of Eileen Martensen, Eu reka: preceded in death in 1959 by son, Wayne Kirkpatrick, Eureka: sur vived by a stepson, Leon Warren, Eureka. He was the brother of Mrs. Je nnie Stevens, Eureka, and the late James Kirkpatrick. He was the grand father of Linda Luscomb, Kaycee, Wyo; Donna Annis, Kaycee, Wyo; John Ma rtensen, Eureka. He is survived by three great-grandchildren and sever al nieces and nephews and other relatives. Mr. Kirkpatrick was a nativ e of Dawson County, Nebraska, age 70 years. He had resided in this are a for 45 years and worked as a heavy equipment operator for 30 years pr ior to his retirement in 1969. He was a member of the Operating Engine ers Local. He was a former member of the Friendship Circle, and the Mo ose Lodge. Friends are invited to attend services at the Chapel of Pie rce Mortuary, Tuesday April 24, 1979 at 11 am with the Rev. Dale Edmond son, officiating. Interment will be in Ocean View Cemetery.

He was married to Edith Florence Roblee (daughter of ) on 30 Apr 1927 in Julesburg, Sedgewick Co., Colorado.⁽⁸⁹⁴⁾ He was divorced from Edith Florence Roblee on 2 Feb 1935 in Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. Edith Florence Vondra. Torrington, Wyo. No funeral services are plann ed for Edith Florence Vondra, 93, who died on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002 a t the Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyo. The Colyer Funeral Home w as in charge of the cremation arrangements. The cremains were buried b eside her beloved husband, Edward, in Cristus Garden, Natrona Memorial G ardens in Casper, Wyo. She was born on Oct. 16, 1908 in Walworth, the d aughter of Dean and Maude (Sargeant) Roblee. She then lived in the Cas per, Wyo. area for 49 years. She moved to Eureka, Calif. after the dea th of her husband in 1977. She had only recently moved to Torrington, W yo. to live with her granddaughter, Linda Oshel. She is survived by he r grandchildren, Linda Oshel and her husband, Dave of Torrington, Donna A nnis and her husband, Ben, of Kaycee, Wyo. and John Martensen and his w ife Stacey of Sparks, Nev. and numerous great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. Mary Viola Hinds^{(1446) (1449)} was born on 1 Jan 1915 in Ludlow, Leflore Co., Oklahoma.⁽¹⁴⁵⁰⁾ She died on 2 Jan 2006 in Talihina, LeFlore Co., Oklahoma. ⁽¹⁴⁵¹⁾ She was buried in Old Talihina Cemetery, Talihina, LeFlore Co., Oklahoma.⁽¹⁴⁵²⁾ Obituary of her sister Leoma Hinds Wood Jordan, 2 February 2003 in the O kmulgee Daily Times states their parents names were Frank and Della Kat herine (Kennedy) Hinds.

On the 1930 U. S. Census of Octavia, LeFlore Co., Oklahoma, Della Hinds a ppears with her children Viola age 15, Lena age 14, Lilla age 11, Leon a ge 8 and Leoma age 8. Della was born in Tennessee, her children were b orn in Oklahoma.

She was born January 1, 1915, i n Ludlow, Oklahoma to Frank Hinds and Idella (Kennedy) Hinds. She was a c aregiver in the home health industry and was a member of the Albion Fir st Baptist Church in Albion, Oklahoma. She is survived by a son, Leon a nd Kitty Warren of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma; two grandsons; James Warren of E ureka, California; John Warren of Eureka, California; two great grandda ughters: Ashley Warren and Elsie Warren; great grandson, Will Warren; o ne brother Jack Hinds of Jacksboro, Texas; and numerous nieces and neph ews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; Ed Warren a nd Rosso [Roscoe] Kirkpatrick. Graveside services were held at the Old T alihina Cemetery in Talihina, Oklahoma on January 5, 2006 with Reverend L arry Bray officiating. Services were under the direction of the Talihi na Funeral Home in Talihina, Oklahoma.
